Recreational Programs:

Our recreational programs will be running in three terms. Dates are listed below:

Term 3: February-May (12 Week Session)
End Of Term Recital: Sunday, June 2, 2024

WEEKEND CLASSES:

Parent & Tot (Ages 18 months-3 years): A perfect intro for little dancers who aren’t ready to say goodbye to their parent to head into dance class. A parent is required to participate in the class. Dancers will be invited to perform in our year end recital on Sunday, June 2nd.

Saturday – 9:00-9:30 AM

Pre-Ballet (Ages 3-5): This class introduces the fundamentals of ballet dance technique. We also focus on simple progressions across the floor and most importantly, having fun! Dancers will be invited to perform in our year end recital on Sunday, June 2nd.

Tiny Tumblers (Ages 3-6):
This class introduces the fundamentals of acrobatics. Dancers will learn basic acro skills safely on a mat and with a teacher spotting them. Skills include: forward and backward rolls, cartwheels, handstands and more! Dancers will be invited to demonstrate their skills on stage in our year end recital on Sunday, June 2nd.

Mini Combo (Ages 6-8): This class combines ballet, jazz and lyrical into one high energy class. This combo class gives the dancers a chance to explore different styles. Dancers will be invited to perform in our year end recital on Sunday, June 2nd.

Junior Combo Class (Ages 9-11):

This class combines ballet, jazz & lyrical into one high energy class. This combo class gives dancers the chance to explore different styles of dance. Dancers will be invited to perform in our year end recital on Sunday, June 2nd.

Hip Hop (Ages 6-11): This is a great class for children who love to move! Dancers will be encouraged to let loose while learning the foundations of hip hop dance. Dancers will be invited to perform in our year end recital on Sunday, June 2nd.

Acrobatics (Ages 6-11):

This class is an introduction to the fundamentals of acrobatics safely on a mat and with a qualified teacher spotting them. Dancers will work on strength and flexibility and will learn a variety of skills including forward and backward rolls, cartwheels, handstands, walkovers, aerials and more! Dancers will be invited to demonstrate their skills on stage in our year end recital on Sunday, June 2nd.

Teen Jazz & Contemporary (Ages 12+):

This class is a combination of jazz and contemporary dance that will allow the dancers to explore movement and music. Dancers will be invited to perform in our year end recital on Sunday, June 2nd.

Adult Recreational Dance

Adult Contemporary & Street Jazz Combo Class (no experience required):

This class is for adults who want to come out and dance it out! An excellent workout and a great way to improve coordination and to let loose and have fun. Each week we will start with a warm up and some stretching and will alternate with street jazz and contemporary combos each week.

Thursday - 7:45-8:30 PM
